I thought Tom Bolarinwa did well, playing through the centre yesterday. Should he be a regular starter in that position?

I thought he did very well.Still disappointed with Fleetwood though. Not only is he not scoring goals but he fades in & out of matches.I'm sure he is capable of much more.

Andy I think it was more of case that Devonshire ripped into his lads and sorted the problem out. I didn't expect anything else tbh from an experienced manager. Made it much more difficult in the second half which is why we must take our chances in the first

Ideally you have more than one threat and the ability and awareness to move that around the team as each threat is snuffed out or restricted.
Start with the threat you think will work best for each game; Dundo and McAllister up top, Tombo and Stearn on the wings, Tom in the free role, Fitchett paired with McAllister etc and be capable of using each option as and when it's most effective.
Easier said than done but I like the options we have available to us going forward and I can't see too many teams being able to deal with them all.

For the record, Tom wasn't in the squad for the Concord game last night. I assume he picked up a knock on Saturday. We didn't really miss him, with McAllister and Fitchett combining well up front. That illustrates the strength of our attacking options in a relatively small squad.

Think Dos mentioned in his interview after Saturday's game that Tom injured his knee(?!) so a rest last night probably did him some good. Good strength in depth like you said - the lad Wright couldn't even get on the bench last night.
