It promises to be an enthralling last two months of the season. I'd probably say Ebbsfleet are still favourites as they have the points on the board already but we find ourselves with a great chance what the run of form we find ourselves in.
What does everyone make of our games in hand on Ebbsfleet..
21st March Wealdstone away 5th April Maidstone away 11th April Bishop's Stortford home 23rd April Chelmsford home
Surely we're going to have to take a minimum of 10 points from the 12 there and that's including a rare win at Wealdstone in a couple of weeks time. Maidstone away will be absolutely huge in early April.

I think we'd be overjoyed with 10 points from that lot. I'd take 7-9 if offered.

If Ebbsfleet keep their nerve then they should coast it. They have a fairly gentle run-in with only eight league games in as many weeks, and only two of those against top eight sides. We've got to cram in twelve league matches in the same period, including games against every other team in the top five.
To close the gap we probably can't rely on winning all our games in hand - the chances are we'll drop points in at least one of those. We'd need to get better results than Ebbsfleet on some of the days when both of us are playing, and match their results on the other dates. This Saturday they're away at Bath. If they draw and we beat Weston at GGL then that's two points gained. A week later we're at Gosport and they're home to Hemel - we may need to win in Hampshire to keep pace. Over the Easter weekend we're at Truro and they're at Weston - we might then need a win in Cornwall against a side who are unbeaten at home since August.

We aren't really cramming games in.Some weeks we play twice a week. That's good if we are winning.
