Let's move on.It goes without saying that we need 3 points here and i hope the players have recovered sufficiently after the grueling Maidstone match. Ebbsfleet & Maidstone both have home matches which i expect them to take full advantage of.

Probably our hardest game left I'd say in many ways. Getting ourselves back up after a big encounter Tuesday playing with 10 for so long. Very easy to slip up here. Margate having a tough time of it but I think they'll find a bit extra Sat and make it difficult for us. Of course they have slipped right into the relegation shake up since we last played them. Our away record is ok though so fingers crossed.

It's top of the away v bottom of the home form table this Saturday.
We know that means little in this league and Dos will already have the team focused on this game. The backing from the fans was amazing on Tuesday, let's repeat the support on Saturday.

Margate have lost their last eight matches. We've only dropped two points in eleven away games since October. But sometimes, when you least expect it, the form-book goes out the window. So I'm sure that the team will be preparing for this one in the right way. I'm looking forward to the game - and also to visiting Margate's four micro-pubs.

Probably our hardest game left I'd say in many ways. Not sure I'd agree with that - Margate have lost eight on the spin, it won't be a given but I'd like to think we can get a good result down there especially with the team in a no-doubt buyout mood after Tuesday.

With other off the pitch matters up in the air, this match produces a fourth opportunity in succession for the players to show, what can only be described up to this point as, excellent character. Good runs and bad runs come to an end at some point, let us hope each team's respective form continues. They all remain big games until everything is decided and that won't be anytime soon.

This whole FA charge issue could work in our favour if it helps motivate the players to win all 5 games to make sure, before we avoid a points deduction hopefully

We Are The Masters Of Our Fate

Remember when we played Margate at home we started their bad run - before that they were almost knocking on the play off door.
We just need to go there in the right frame of mind, and do a professional job. Something this side have done time and time again in the last few months.

Let's hope that an Iron Curtain has not descended along the border between England and Thanet...

I personally think Stortford on Monday will be our hardest remaining fixture. It will be our 3rd game in 7 days and they have a decent record against us at GGL.
I also worry people will be distracted as it comes between the high of the Maidstone game this week and the big game against Ebbsfleet the following Saturday.
However I'm sure the management team and the players will prepare for each game like it is a Cup Final.
Win all our games and hopefully any points deduction won't matter. It is a BIG ask, so hopefully Chelmsford can do us a favour on Saturday as I think that is a massive game for Ebbsfleet. If they don't get maximum points from that then they are running out of games.
