Thank the Lord the uncouth Neanderthals have evolved into Denisovans(?) and left the land of the Natural League. God forbid we see them again, an affront to Homo sapiens.

Plus I think it means that brisfitboy isn't particularly fond of Leyton Orient. Personally, I'm rather pleased to see them promoted and wish them well.

You just don't get this level of 'kin' erudition on most fans' forums, do you? Props to Brisfitboy for opening it up. Well done to Orient. I don't mind them, either. Might be slightly nicer at home than away.

Plus I think it means that brisfitboy isn't particularly fond of Leyton Orient. Personally, I'm rather pleased to see them promoted and wish them well. My main beef with the O’s is their ‘fans’ attitude to being in the National League. Although the reason for this demotion was the Italian idiots idea of running a football club after Bazza sold it to him, to think that they were too good for the National and to denigrate everything connected to it was in my mind a disrespectful attitude and, added to that, their attitude to the injury to Tommy Wright at Brisbane Road in September, that was beyond the Pale. This is also combined with their fans website with its various derogatory comments re the league. I don’t dislike Leyton Orient, far from it, my connection with it goes back to 1960/61 and then 61/62 when I first started selling programmes, there is a special place in my heart for them but not for the calibre of intellect of their supporters.
