If we give it until Sunday before starting the vote, that should allow plenty of time to get sufficient nominations in.
By my reckoning, we’ve had at least half a dozen exceptional centre-backs during the last ten years, so a few outstanding players are going to miss out, but that’s the nature of the beast!

Are we allowed to nominate 1 player or more?
If it's 1, then Charlie Clough. If it's 2 then add Dean Beckwith. (I'm not nominating JC because I have a feeling others will, and quickly!)

Terell Thomas. Not quite a season with us but top quality, both defending and bringing the ball out. Always looked comfortable and rightly now playing at a higher level.

Will Downer be nominated at full back too? If he doesn’t get voted into our dream team at centre-back, then he’ll be up for nomination in a different position. That’s one advantage with being a utility player. |
