FT 5-1! Last weekend King's Lynn won at Port Vale in the FA Cup, but today their defensive frailties were ruthlessly exploited by Sutton. Isaac Olaofe, who's looked useful for us without many goals to his name, put that right with an emphatic hat-trick. Tobi Sho-Silva scored his first league goal for us, Harry adding icing to the cake with his third of the season. Lynn had a decent spell of pressure around the hour mark when it was 2-0, Dean Bouzanis making one excellent save, but in the end had to settle for one late consolation goal. That's third place in the table, and the second-best goal difference (+9).  |

Has anyone tried climbing up one of the conker trees just outside the ground? That could be a decent vantage point. Well, that was certainly an all-conkering spectacle. |

Not too many of the recent scattering of league matches have actually gone the way that I would have called them (!) but I think we ought to be hoping for a win in this one? Do we ever win the games we ought to win 🤔 I hope I’m quoted later with, yes we do 🙂 Yes we do |

Kings Lynn prior to this game did have the worst defence in the league, but you still need to put it into the onion bag to make it count, and every goal exposed their weaknesses. I think there is a real credit to the homework put in by the management staff because we were ruthless. 3 goals from set pieces, and Milsom's corners were superb today.

I like the fact that we seem to have cover in most positions. The back 4 was very different to our last game with two new centre backs, left and right back.. We have a number of options in midfield and up front.

I was a little worried with our missed chances in the first half, Like Andy says above, we were ruthless in the second period, our forward line looks promising.Also good to see Matt use the squad wisely as I’m sure there will be changes for the Dagenham game.
