Well assuming this match goes ahead Sutton have a very important match away to a team who are level on number of games played ,points and goal difference.
After a 3rd long away trip i would be more than happy if we could come away with a point and 3 would be brilliant! Its matches like this that define our season.

Its fatigue that may be our biggest challenge tomorrow night. 3rd away game in a week, all 3 requiring long journeys, all 3 games against a high calibre of opposition (who will likely be competing at the business end of the table come the end of the season).
Hopefully the lads can maintain their work rate, stay solid defensively and click as a unit to cause the opposition some problems.

This should be a blockbuster.
I think Stockport might be the best team in the division?
But we’ll go there and give them a headache and head home down the M6 (stopping of for a cheeky shake) with a win.

It looks like we have been rumbled, I have just seen this on the Stockport forum. Did a bit of my own scouting on saturday and streamed their game at hartlepool. both teams missed a couple of chances each but somehow they didn,t look like scoring. they looked better on the break than they did in possesion. main threat was their wide right player who had very good close ball control and was difficult to de posess. the usual big lad upfront who put himself about and was lucky he didn,t receive a card. hope we manage to get a decent ref as their players go down at every opportunity just to break the game up and gain cheap free kicks. their defence looked quite steady though but didn,t look too comfortable against a decent cross which provided the pools winner. our wide men could be the key tomorrow if their balls into the box are spot on. risking a 2-1 win for us.link |

Whatever the result tomorrow we will have put our three potentially hardest away games behind us and still be in the top 5.

What an odd use of statistics to claim we’re on poor form on an official site. Very strange, before Hartlepool back to back wins and a point away at the league leaders!

Good old stats, here is one if we don't score the odds suggest we will not come away with anything as 0-0 are not that common. If we can score the odds favour us to bring something home, so we need to find the net. Again the odds are after 2 matches without a goal is that we will score  |

Here are a couple of other stats
- only two defeats in our last ten games and both of those were 0-1
- only six goals conceded in those ten games.

Got a pal in Stockport who’s a County fan. He advises it’s pouring there and forecast fo do so for hours, and the pitch was already sodden so he advised holding until 6 to buy the stream. If it is in he highly recommends their coverage...come back at 6 chaps

Im 25 minutes from Edgeley Park - there was heavy rain overnight and more showers forecast on and off today. However up until last night we had not had any rain around these parts for a good few days so the ground was relatively dry.
Presumably a decision is imminent because the players will need to set off about 1pm
