4 is the magic number: 4 goals, up to 40 points and closing to just 4 points behind Torquay (who have just kicked off v Halifax).
Not for the first time this season, our opponents went down to ten men. Unlike in some of those other games, we took immediate advantage, scoring our second goal. Good to see both centre backs on the scoresheet, and Tobi Sho-Silva's goal will have boosted his confidence.

Another nice job. Wealdstone the poorest side we’ve seen at GGL so far you’d say (we haven’t seen Dover, and likely won’t, nor Barnet). Could have possibly scored a couple more being greedy and come out a bit better post half time . . . but we’ve got ourselves into a lovely position. Fingers crossed the league holds itself together.

I've been keeping an eye on PPG this season because the number of games teams have played varies so much that it's probably a more accurate guide.
If Torquay don't win tonight their PPG will dip below 2 for the first time since the start of the season. We have remained pretty consistent with a PPG of exactly 2 which would make us, by that measure, the best team in the league.
That's only if Torquay don't win though!

We have the second best attack- second best defence - second best goal difference and top of the table on points per game as things currently stand unless Torquay win - and they are currently losing to an own goal

Sadly though they pull level with a dodgy penalty.

Sadly though they pull level with a dodgy penalty. Not sure. It was right on the edge. A lot of refs would have given a free-kick just outside, but sadly not Mr Copeland. It would be nice if the the BT Sport people notice how well we’re doing and televise one of our upcoming games. We could use the bloody money!

The league is completely open now. Torquay looking unlikely now unless this run is their one blip. Everything to play for. Notts County benefit hugely if Dover result being disregarded.

'A demolition job by Sutton today, and the title is now 'ours to lose'. For me the most pleasing thing was to see Harry and Craig complementing each other's roles in midfield. For seasons past they often seemed to want to play the same role when together in midfield.

As I said previously, our fate is totally in our hands. Even more so with today's results.
Remember however we still have to play every team around us at least once more this season.
As for today. Job done without breaking much of a sweat. Wealdstone were quite poor and as I pointed out, their defence is awful. Key thing for us was our defence was resolute against a side that can score.
This is getting more interesting!
Without pissing on anyone's bonfire. In our best ever season, after 20 games we were in 3rd, 1 point behind then leaders Dover and on the same points as Macclesfield.
We ended up 13 points behind the title winners and Dover didn't even get a play off spot. A lot of football yet to be played.
