A Tuesday night off for us, but there are a couple of games happening. The important one for us is Notts County v Aldershot. How will their new management shake off the Trophy disappointment to mount a title challenge? A defeat for them will leave them with 2 games in hand on us, and 15 points behind.

Sadly I see nothing but a County win, however with games coming thick and fast they might struggle to get anything out of the next three games within ten days. (Home Wrexham, then away Woking and Hartlepool)

It's also worth noting the amount of away games Notts County still have to play. After tomorrow’s match and Good Friday’s at home to Wrexham, 10 of their remaining 14 will be away.

This is what the updated predicted final table looks like with us on actual games played, it doesn't think anyone will break 80pts (other than us). I think as others do that Notts are the wild card, they could get 94pts if they won all their remaining games. Table says played 44. but Dover results have been removed.Aldershot avoiding defeat would be massive.

BBC Radio Nottingham have described them as “toothless”- let’s hope they don’t find their dentures in the second half ! still trailing 1-0 to a 4 th min pen

It's come to something when you glance at the score and start muttering 'hold on, Shots!'

Great for us, I think it means that :
88pts will definitely take the title if we beat Notts and avoid defeat vs Torquay.
8 wins from 13 would still leave the others a mountain to climb - My guess is that 7 wins = 82pts will be enough?

Funny old game. Wrexham visit them on Friday! Might even start to want a draw in that one. Leaning towards Hartlepool being the most likely champions if it’s not to be us. They have a light schedule compared to the rest. Their last game - away at Sutton United a week before we finish the season.
