I’m guessing he’ll know Tants.

I wonder if Matt will bring anyone else in before the window closes in 10 days (I think). If so, I'd personally like to see him try to bring in a proven goal scorer on loan - someone like Jason Prior at Dorking.

The only thing proven is how rarely strikers make the jump up from profilic at regional level to prolific at national level. No chance Matt has the budget to play with to bring anyone who would be an obvious improvement over our current strikers. He's wisely gone for squad depth and coverage in every position rather than marquee signings, besides our current strikers have got us this far... (although Kealy is not for this level)

You're probably right about the budget. In recent times Torquay have brought in Benji Kimpioka a striker from Sunderland, Hartlepool have brought in Richie Bennett from Stockport, Stockport have brought in Paddy Madden from Fleetwood and Notts County's new manager has restored Jimmy Knowles to the side (loan signing from Mansfield and recently scored a second-half hat-trick at Woking). Of course Matt has already brought in Donovan Wilson.

Looking at where this chap plays it's quite obvious we need cover in left midfield, I expect for Randall who hasn't had an easy season with injuries.
As Baboonfish quite rightly said, our current strikers have got us this far (and you could extend that for the entire squad), so it's more of a case of making sure we have enough cover for the last 11 games of the season. We're now not playing Tues/Sat/Tues week in week out. 7 out of our remaining fixtures are on a Saturday, one on a bank holiday, and only 3 on a Tuesday night (2 after tomorrow night)

Imagine the schedule if Dover and Macclesfield had played the full season!!
