The most important one has gone the wrong way. I just don’t get it. Torquay were on an appalling run up until mid-March, picked up loads of injuries and yet have still gone on an unbelievable winning run. Football - bloody hell!

Well, well. Only Torquay and Sutton can reach 84 points now. Worryingly good form that Torquay are on though.
We have to avoid defeat tomorrow for the league to still be in our hands.
What a belter Stockport v Torquay will be. Hopefully Bromley can do us another favour first, mind...

Absolutely!I thought they were the least likely side to pose a threat to our chances, for the above reasons you state and the 'last minute goals' which can't go on forever. Can they? |

Today's results have virtually taken Hartlepool out of the title race. They're now six points behind Torquay, with four games left each to play. Pools would need to win all of their remaining matches while relying on Torquay losing half of theirs. So our game v Hartlepool on 22 May will probably not be quite the big showdown it was shaping up to be.
Stockport v Torquay on 15 May is now massive.

Bromley rode their luck in the second half today. I still think that the Monkey Hangers are quite capable of winning all 4 remaining games.
