We learned on Wednesday that a long-standing club stalwart, Tony Holland, sadly passed away on Tuesday night. I first met Tony many moons ago on the old "Wine Committee" before serving alongside side him on the management committee and board of directors; he was typical of the many volunteers who devoted their lives to this club over very many years and without whom we could not be in such an exciting position. www.suttonunited.net/tony-holland/I am sure that many Sutton supporters will know Tony and join us all in sending sympathy and condolences to Sylvia, Lloyd and their family. Rest In Peace Tony.

Sad news to hear. I remember chatting to Tony about Sutton Utd at the church opposite the ground. He would be helping out at the various church fayres they had. Condolences to Sylvia.

Tony was a proper gentleman and one of those people who is such a significant part of our club that they will never really be forgotten because it's never quite the same without them. One of those people who made SUFC what it is today. He will be missed. Love to Sylvia and the family.

Sorry to hear this news, I'd personally known Tony since the early 2,000's and, like Rupert Scallyywag, used to recall days working for Barclays, one thing I'll always remember were our discussions about "when will the share price rise back to previous levels ?"......Condolences to Sylvia and family.
