Just a reminder that the priority period for season ticket holders expires at 9pm tomorrow (Wednesday). Your match ticket is free and you must have a match ticket to get in.
If you have not received your priority code email us asap.

Out of interest has anybody who has applied for a ticket as a United We Stand contributor received a code to book? I have emailed twice to be told initially a code would be emailed once the tickets went live (Sunday) then again it would be sent yesterday. Still nothing.
I don’t want to harass anyone as I know everyone at the club must be rushed off their feet but don’t want to miss out.

I have emailed twice to be told initially a code would be emailed once the tickets went live (Sunday) then again it would be sent yesterday. Still nothing. Applied right away and had a very friendly e-mail back saying that a code would come. It hasn't yet but I was going to hold until tomorrow morning to chase up (before general sale). Of course, any update welcome. |

Feedback from ticketing HQ is "run off our feet with ST Holders who can't find or don't know how to use their code; will get onto UWS scheme asap."

Haha, thought that might be the case, hence holding off. I have a mate who has only just realised that his season ticket gave him access to the home streams...in fact, I think he had forgotten that he had a season ticket altogether! |

My father-in-law has been following our progress with interest this season, and a while ago promised me he'd buy me a season ticket for next season if we get promoted. He won't take no for an answer and I've thanked him several times in advance for his generous offer, and only recently remembered I have a five-year season ticket. I haven't told him yet. |

Got my ticket using the code - all seemed pretty straightforward.
Just one question though - it says download ticket on the confirmation email.
Do I do that now or on the gate when I go in ?

You need to print the ticket or have it on your phone before going to the ground, please
