What will be your thoughts as the club approaches kick off in our first ever league game??

No idea whatsoever.
I'm not saying that to be dismissive of this thread, though. I mean I genuinely don't know what will come into my head because it's such a new experience (albeit at a ground we've visited quite recently). Maybe it will feel no different until we play some of the bigger clubs we haven't played before. But isn't it exciting?

Well, in 28 hours and 40 minutes England will be involved in a football match that has never happened in my lifetime. As in, they have never reached a major final since I was born.
I am very much looking forward to next season, but seeing Sutton winning the National League title, England winning the Euro's and Chelsea winning the Champions League would cap a momentous last season.
That is in that order by the way. ๐

Iโll feel immensely proud of the club. Canโt wait to be there. Expecting a large travelling contingent for the historic occasion.

Very excited, although I have to miss the first two. Not an answer to the question I know, but I think we'll struggle to get any sort of result from our first three matches, but will end August with six points - l believe we'll push on very well from there. I'll certainly not be worried.

Even at FGR it won't fully sink in. I expect it will do by Scunthorpe.

So we are on the eve of England's first major final since 1966. We are 4 weeks away from our KO in the EFL And we just coming through a once in a hundred year Pandemic. If I had said just one of those things 2 years ago, they would have put me in the funny farm Its all in Nostradamus somewhere..

Will all be strange after supporting a non-league club for 55 years.
