I see betfair make us 7/2 faves for relegation! They obviously have forgotten that no team has ever been relegated in their first season and i don't think we will create any precedent!

To be honest, the fact that it hasn't happened before definitely doesn't mean it never will - it's a bit of an anomaly if you ask me and one day that run will be broken by some unfortunate club!
It's perfectly understandable that a lot of people don't think we'll do well. We're newcomers, the majority of our squad haven't played EFL football (especially first team football) in the last few years, we haven't made a lot of high profile signings, we've had to spend a huge chunk of our cash on the ground rather than on the playing side of things. You can see where they are coming from but I say instead of being miffed by it let's just quietly prove them wrong on the pitch.
