Does anyone know when the emails will be sent to season ticket holders??

Isn't it great being in the big time....................................... Yep, very much enjoying it all so far and looking forward to being there on Saturday to see our first home game as an EFL club. |

Agree the club should twitter the day and time we might expect to receive the e mail.

Good for you! I’ve been sent the wrong one!! I have been sent a Young Adult one (19-23)! At 65 I’m never going to get away with that!! Hoping it’s just to get in on Saturday, but have a sinking feeling I’ve been sent the wrong one. I guess a young adult may be getting my concession one!! ☹️

Just been sent mine, great! Now… I am assuming that I can use my phone to have the QR code scanned from and thus gain entry. I do not need to print it out, do I?
I would normally be 100% certain of this, but…

Just received my ticket for Saturday. The email detailed my order (name, cost etc). All correct! There is a little icon alongside the details that enables you to download it to your wallet, and it clearly states it’s a ST rather than one that’s meant just for the Oldham game. I assume if you download it to your wallet there is no need to actually print the PDF file.

Who knows, I’m hoping it’s just for the Oldham game as if it’s my season ticket, it’s the wrong type!! I should have a concessionary and have got a young adult one! 🤷♀️😩.

I've been sent the wrong season ticket too. A Concessionary ticket instead of an adult one.

I too received the wrong category ticket today by email(ie a youth 19-23).
Paul Grimster advised me to reply to the email with the details. Jenny Graham has replied & said it is a admin error. She said they will look into it but that I should use the ticket I have been sent meanwhile, on Saturday.

Update on the club website….
No need to panic. Even if you do not receive an email with your season ticket in time for Saturday’s kick-off. It says:
If you have not received an e mail regarding your season ticket please do not worry, you are still guaranteed admission to Saturday's game. Please come along to the ticket booth by the club shop on Saturday (from 12 noon) and we will present you with a matchday admission ticket. Please note - you will not be able to gain access to the stadium at the turnstiles without a valid ticket.
Under the circumstances I think all those behind the scenes deserve a big thank you for dealing with this situation so well. Becoming an EFL club, having to step up in so many ways, was always going to be a challenge. The boys and girls have done good!

I also have received the wrong ticket, should have been a concessionary but received a youth ticket but also I ordered a ticket for my grandson aged 10-18, and although the email says tickets I have not received one for him. Fortunately as I am in Scotland he can use the one sent to me so hopefully he can get in with that🤷🏼♂️
