Jen I too received the wrong category ticket today by email(ie a youth 19-23). Paul Grimster advised me to reply to the email with the details. Jenny Graham has replied & said it is a admin error. She said they will look into it but that I should use the ticket I have been sent meanwhile, on Saturday. Yes I got an email from Jenny and said it will be fine for Saturday. Just hope the real ‘credit card’ being sent out at the weekend is the correct one. Fingers crossed.

The problems that the club has had with the printers must have caused such a headache, at a time when they would have really been hoping things would go smoothly, so huge congratulations to all concerned for coming up with a workable solution. I dread to think how much time and effort was involved in organising supporter-appropriate downloadable tickets for every single season ticket holder!

I also was sent a youth ticket rather than a senior ticket, they have said that it can be used on Saturday. It appears to be a common error.

I was at the club this morning and quite a few calls were coming in from ST-applicants who'd either not received a ticket for Saturday or received a ticket for the wrong category of supporter. The message from the club is clear: if you've paid for a season ticket then that will be on the record and you'll get into the game. If in doubt, visit the ticket booth (near the relocated club shop, in the car park) when you arrive on Saturday (and do try to arrive early if you can).

I suggest you wear socks and sliders, a baseball cap branded shorts and a T shirt (definitely no coat). Also remember your headphones and mobile phone with stand by charger. Just in case.

As I mentioned previously, we're not alone in this. Infact, you could just change the words "AFC Wimbledon" to "Sutton" and the opponents accordingly and the story itself would be identical. I don't want to presume, but it could well be the same company we were relying on, and if so, they've let 2 clubs down rather than one. www.afcwimbledon.co.uk/news/2021/august/joe-on-ticketing-issues/

Indeed I can confirm as I'm an Afc Wimbledon season ticket holder. We have yet to receive our season tickets. Its been a complete cock up to be honest. The first home game against Bolton around a 1000 plus fans had to queue up at 11 in the morning to get a ticket because the QR code on there phones were either not printable or downloadable.
