Im sorry but what plonker designed the website for registering to buy tickets. You can't enter your date of birth as text DD/MM/YYYY, you have to scroll back through a calendar from August 2020, so for me born over 60 years ago that's 720 left mouse clicks- simply ridiculous . DAVEF sort please!! What plonker does not know how to change the month and year without having to click 720 times. I went back 45 years in less than 10 clicks. Although I'm a season ticket holder I thought I'd try and register to see what happens. Using my android mobile I'm facing the same problem with the callender. If I was a casual supporter I would give up. |

Does anyone think that 'map of the ground' should be labelled? As a first time home supporter or an away fan it is meaningless.

It is clearer on an IPhone as there is a blue arrow alongside the year. However , you don’t seem to be able to buy multiple tickets on a phone as it isn’t configured correctly. On an iPad you get a side bar where you can add tickets to your original choice. I think that some tweaking is necessary to the website, to make buying tickets for young and old as easy as possible. Another examples is buying tickets is under latest news but under the Tickets tab. |

Agreed it isn’t very intuitive Nope I agree, I am quite familiar with such things and It is not very clear on my Samsung Android tablet. I imagine that many won't manage to work this out. Nothing wrong with constructive criticism. While the club will be working hard during this time of urgent transition, it will still want to do the best job possible. While I'm sure people are doing a grand job, they will need feedback as they won't be able to proof check everything at once and will be too busy at times to spot stuff. A list of touch-ups and improvments is how we make progress, and lets face it, we are all plonkers at the end of the day 😉... |
