We would urge anyone without a ST who attends games to buy a match ticket in advance, not only does this guarantee your ticket but it speeds up admission on the day. There will be a feature on our website soon to explain the differences on home matchdays this season and Cary Grant, I mean AB, will be recording a video walkthrough to help all understand the changes we have made and the new ways of doing things.

Sorry, anyone with a season ticket who attends game needs to buy in advance? Are you saying that those who have bought season tickets will still need to get hold of a ticket regardless? I think we need some clarification here. Just noticed on the web page it says "If you have already bought a season ticket you DO NOT need to buy a separate ticket for the Oldham game, although we have regrettably not yet been able to send out the physical season tickets. We hope to advise very soon about their despatch, and sincerely apologise for the continued delay." Are you talking about buying season tickets before the game or match tickets?

I hope the feature will explain what to do for those ticket holders that may not be able to use the turnstiles. Eg buggies, wheelchair users mobility scooters etc.

The main entrance from GGL has been completely redesigned, but will still incorporate a side gate that will allow entry to those who cannot use a turnstile. The players' tunnel is not an entry point into the stadium, not least because it forms part of the Red Zone within our Covid protocols.

Im sorry but what plonker designed the website for registering to buy tickets. You can't enter your date of birth as text DD/MM/YYYY, you have to scroll back through a calendar from August 2020, so for me born over 60 years ago that's 720 left mouse clicks- simply ridiculous . DAVEF sort please!!

No need to be so rude. Do you know how much work has been going on down the club in the last few months?? It can’t all be based around you and your date of birth.

I wasn't being rude - the club would have paid a lot of money to the website developer to do this and being able to enter your date of birth via a keyboard is fundamental, so the club have reason to be concerned about this IT problem. The club will want to sell as many tickets as possible and this error will be a significant if you have to scroll back through a calendar in order to buy tickets , so it may put people off. I am waiting until the problem is rectified. Even for somebody who is 18 will have to do 216 left mouth clicks, so it is about everybody's date of birth. Del boy was always being affectionate when he referred to Rodney as a plonker.

Please just re-read your post next time. Some might think it slightly aggressive.
