Received 2 “Concession” season tickets today when it should have been 2 “Adult” season tickets - bit of a shame as whilst the passes will get us in the ground it would have been nice memorabilia had it been correct.

The printing company should take responsibility for their mistakes and re-print those season tickets that are incorrect.

If you bought early bird tickets they seem to be coming through with that as the concession. That’s the listed concession on the reverse of mine anyway.

Thanks, I see your line of thinking but there are others with “Adult - early-bird” on the reverse of their cards meaning having paid early-bird does not make it a Concession season ticket. Everyone makes mistakes in life and when it happens it should be put right by whoever was responsible, in this case the print company. Once put right the matter will be closed and everyone happy.

I'm sure it will still be nice memorabilia but maybe for the wrong reasons ! At least we can all get into the ground with them.

I'm 100% not having a pop at the club and I'm aware the ST issues have been mostly outside of our control but I have to say I'm baffled as to how so many season tickets could have been wrongly labelled.Like others, my ST is wrongly labelled Similarly, the ST emailed to me before the Oldham match was wrongly labelled. When I bought my ST I did so on-line. The "My tickets" section of the official website lists all the forthcoming EFL home matches and, again, the category is wrongly labelled for me as I appear as a Young Person (19-23).....which I'm definitely not . This suggests a glitch in the software with the incorrect information subsequently sent to the printers who then the labelled the STs wrongly.
