I received a young person pass instead of a senior citizen pass.
They promised that they would correct the problem when I received the temporary pass.

Received mine today. An adult one. Ironically, when considering some of the issues experienced by others (eg receiving a concession st rather than an adult one) I will actually qualify for a concession in a fortnight. Birthday cards should be posted via the club. Many thanks in anticipation of receipt.

just received my season ticket in the post - very impressed.
along with the accompanying letter you can tell that the club is now a much more professional outfit this season!
