Apologies to those who do not attend away fixtures. But I am finding this part of being a League 2 club supporter bit stressful at the moment. Colchester did not acknowledge my online purchase made last Friday night although they have taken the payment. I chased this up and they have apologised some 4 days later. Apparently we should all receive a emailed Covid declaration today to accept. They will then hopefully email our tickets to us. I have been advised to contact their ticket office by email or telephone tomorrow if I do not receive the Covid declaration today.

I can totally understand that. It is a lot more complicated now and not at all what we're used to. And I think Colchester's in particular seems unnecessarily complicated although I'm sure there are good reasons for it (I'm not talking about Covid precautions here, I wouldn't judge anyone for being extra careful with that). Although I quite like the bubble system so you don't have to check with everyone you know which seats they've booked.
My confirmation email took a considerable amount of time to get through as well, but got there in the end.

Thanks for your nice post sally cat.
I did just call Colchester ticket office and spoke to a chap called Chris. He said that the Covid declarations should be received between about 6pm-7pm this evening.
