Hello. Apologies if there is a dedicated thread for away match tickets but I am either blind and stupid or can't find one. Does anyone know when tickets for the Northampton game will go on sale and if so how do I go about purchasing them? From a geographical point of view collecting anything from the club would not be possible.
I booked a couple of rooms for and friend and I in a hotel in Northampton to make a bit of a weekend of it back when the fixture list was released so although not anxious I presumed they would be on sale by now.

I have yet to attend an away game this season (Northampton will be my first) so I'm also interested in this. I'm assuming that the club have to wait until Northampton release the away allocation to Sutton United? To those who have attended multiple away games, was the experience different with each match and, if so, would we benefit from a dedicated 'Away Tickets' post, perhaps as a sticky? Are away tickets always paper, always electronic, or does it vary?

I have been to all the away League fixtures and it has been a mix of electronic and actual tickets. Exeter sent an allocation of tickets to us to be sold by the club. More commonly so far it has been necessary to register on the away clubs' website and purchase your ticket which they email to you. I could not find any info on Northamptons' site last night except the general advice to contact your own club.

They have varied, but I think a separate thread might be overegging the pudding a bit and may create confusion if people come on looking for tickets and have to read it from the start (where there will be old posts about lots of different games). A ticketing thread for each away match might be better so the information doesn't get lost in match threads.

I tweeted Northampton Town FC earlier and they responded very quickly. They confirmed that us away supporters should obtain our match tickets from our clubs' ticket office.

I've no doubt that there will be an announcement on the Sutton website within the next few days.
Of course League Two is not like the old days of non-League where (the occasional Cup tie aside) we could just turn up and pay for admission at the gate. Uncertainty about ticketing arrangements for each game can cause anxiety. But it's very unlikely that our allocation for any away league game will sell out. There should always be a way to get a ticket, even in the 24 hours prior to kick-off.

Northampton do have an away ticket office so on occasions where the away tickets are not sold out they should be available to purchase on the day. (Anyway that's not a definite so hopefully we can purchase at the ground tomorrow rather than making a special trip !)

That is my problem! I can't get to Sutton to buy in person so I was rather hoping for an opportunity to buy them and get sent an email of the tickets.
I will wait for the ticket allocation to be announced or see if I can indeed do what I said above.

It mentions in the newsletter they hope to be selling tickets at today’s match. Perhaps they can post to you with a whole week to go?
