I see that the Welsh Government have narrowly won a vote to introduce a mandatory Covid pass requirement in Wales for nightclub attendance and for sporting events with larger crowds in attendance (? 4000 +). We are scheduled to play away there on 7 December. Their average home crowd this season so far has been 3000+ with two exceptions. Just to be aware really.

Good heads-up! Thanks for this. The BBC News website specifies this is for outdoor NO-SEATING events (otherwise it's only for events with over 10,000 people) so this might not be an issue: www.bbc.com/news/uk-wales-politics-58789467Might be worth keeping an eye on how Newport are managing home games before then, though. This weekend is unaffected as this new rule doesn't kick in until next week. If it is an issue it looks like it's quite easy to get the pass. gov.wales/get-your-nhs-covid-pass

There's quite a lot of seating at Rodney Parade, and visiting supporters are usually in one of the stands, so I doubt that this will be an issue - especially on a Tuesday night in December when the attendance is likely be below Newport County's average.

Stadium security make their own minds up, best to take your jabs card and print the QR pass.
I needed a Covid pass according to the back of the match ticket for my latest visits to Stamford Bridge and White Hart Lane. A small catch: I 'saved' the QR code to the NHS app on my phone, and printed it. But the saved pass only re-appears in the NHS app if you have a wifi connection at the time, not always the case outside a stadium. At neither ground was I asked to show the printed QR code but the Chelsea stewards did want to see my double-jabbed vaccination card.
