For those who want to plan for next season already, the Bromley Programme for last night said .....the Ryman's will kick off on 18th August, and the Conference Blue Square South will kick off a week earlier !

Why have I got a feeling we will have St Albans away on the first day of the season?

Why is the 22-team Blue Square Southern League starting the week before the 24-team Ryman Premier League? Are we finishing next season in January or something?!!
Question for Hon Sec - any idea if Moules & Co. are planning on increasing the number of teams to 24 in all three of their divisions?

No immediate plans to go to 24 teams but nothing would surprise me.
The official names for next season are now:-
Blue Square Premier Blue Square North Blue Square South

Is there any plan to reinstate the conf league cup at all? Well there is gonna be something called the setenta cup although you won't get much info from their website and the leaflet we got Saturday seems to be rather ambiguous too?

As far as i know the Setanta cup is the new league cup and some matches will be televised. Dear god. It'll be bad enough televising a league game from the Warren between Yeading & AN.Other FC with barely 200 there, let alone some smegging league cup tie with barely 100 there! Will each club have to provide it's own commentary team?
