If we assume that the total crowd on the day will likely be 40,000 or so...why does it appear that the entire stadium will be open for ticket sales. Surely that would mean more expense and personnel to manage the various areas and the respective supporter bases spread about very thinly.
Isn't it better to restrict sales (at least intially) to the lower tiers of the stadium so that the supporters of each side are more "together"?

It looks like tickets are only available from the competing teams so does that mean that only the ends will be open?

I would 'think', and it's only "my opinion" , that as Papa John's are the Sponsors of the Trophy, that there will be a lot of their representatives, or guests, amongst the unallocated areas.

I believe that each section in each category is filled in order of North Stand round to South Stand and each section does not open for sale untill the previous section is reasonably full.

So what happens when you want, if possible, a certain seating area?

I’m sure the club will address ALL questions in the coming days, once they know themselves.

I would think the club should be familiar with ticketing arrangements as our last game at Wembley was only 41 years ago. That of course was in a stadium that has since been demolished.
They will also be fully conversant with all of the price tiers as after all they knew we were in the final over 72 hours ago now.
There is another game tomorrow to negotiate and tickets for the final (and Tranmere) are not even on sale yet.
Give them a chance.

Does anyone know anything about club Wembley tickets - just in general what they are ? (We are two ST holders with a toddler and hoping to sit with friends. But, they're decided on club Wembley and got no idea what that brings)

I think a lot of people are feeling the same. We’re still awaiting information from the club about the sale of tickets, so quite how it’s going to work no- one knows yet. Hopefully more information will be in our website early this week.

Given that ticket sales will be done through the agent that Wembley use, then it could mean that tickets will just go on general sale and season tickets not really relivant in this instance. This should not really matter so much as there will be so many available tickets. But my worry is that if that's the case then the fans will be spread all over the place so efforts to make a collective bit of noise may be difficult.
If it's the case perhaps the club could advise on the website and social media a seating block for people who want to make some noise. As to organise a little? But as said above we will have to wait and see what the deal is..

If our biggest worry is "making a bit of collective noise" then I don't think we have much to worry about.
The simplest solution about sitting with your friends is communication between your friends about where you want to sit. It would be exactly the same if you were going to an all seated gig.

And if you don’t sit together, well, so be it. You can travel pre and post the match, possibly meet at half time, and if you’re really missing them, then call them during the game!!! Seriously, I think it’s best to wait for the club to announce everything. I’m sure it’s not too much longer to wait.

And there are alot of seats and not everyone will be filled. I daresay there will be plenty of scope to move around once you are inside the stadium (presumably staying within the section that you have paid for)

If Andy K can't hold my hand all the way though the match, like he normally does, then I'm not going.
