Goals by West, Wilde and Roberts. 2 sloppy goals conceeded at the end of each half. Lost count of the number of shots on goal we had. Another good workout, Hann and Davis looking especially good today

Indeed another good workout and again the score kept down by some smart stops from the oppo keepers. 3-2 was a very flattering scoreline for them.
Dundo is looking sharper with every game and a goal is surely only around the corner. Thought he combined really well with West today, who put away a very smart opener. Agree the goals were a little sloppy, but I think we'll tighten up once we settle on our first choice back 4.
More of the same tuesday hopefully!

It was a shame that the numerous times Dundo had opportunities, he managed on one occasion to accidentally have his head between ball and goal!!!

UFC manager. Tony Choules was really giving it to the lino when I walked round before the end of the game. The fellow was quite young & considering it was a psf, I thought Choules went way ove the top. He eventually had a right go at the ref too.
God knows what he's like when it matters.
Entertaining game today. We look good going forward, Westy won so many headers in the box but once again we failed to capitalise.

I wasn't there, but pleased that we've got back to winning ways.
Sounds as if PD has still got a bit of work to do on our defence.

...and I was watching the SUFC Live Score Updates, great work there Taz! My pleasure. As long as it's getting used! I'm hoping to maybe add the team lineups as well at some point soon. Depends when my geeks at work can check over the code. ;D As for defensive issues, I actually think it's more to do with not having settled on a regular back line so far in the PSF's for one reason or another. Jack has played both LB & RB, as has Heero. Plus we've used Palmer (a DM) at CB, along with AJ, Collins, Kez, Hughes & West at the back. Not much continuity so far. I think we'll be alright at the back once we get going and PD settles on his back 4. Reckon we might need an attacker to complete the line up though. Someone quick.

Have to say it wasn't really possible to put into words how uninterested i was in the game today but i got live coverage of Wilde's goal via Andy K on the phone and it's sounding pretty positive at the goalscoring end of the pitch so far and the defence has never been the same four yet so that will take time.
Spent the morning drinking with H&W fans on their way to their Lewes friendly and then a few hours in pink at work for gay pride and a jug or four of ale in the Evening Star after that. brilliant Saturday with no need to worry about Sutton.
See you all in Hoopers Tuesday night.

I lost count of the number of chances we created yesterday. In fact, I think we've had more goalscoring chances this pre-season than the whole of last season put together!! Once Dundas scores one - probably off his arse - he'll be unstoppable
Quite pleased that I managed to sponsor Wildinho's kit if he carries on taking free-kicks like that ;D
