This isn't our new kit, we are still waiting for the manufacturers to deliver home and away kit.

I thought it was a very enjoyable game of football - Harlow looked fairly competent and I'd say that we looked ok for a first game of the season despite missing Wilde and Chukki. Good atmosphere from both sets of fans in that terrace. What was McKimm thinking of when he handballed it though?!! A point away from home against fairly unknown opposition is no bad thing I suppose.
Was it my imagination or did the referee play an "advantage" instead of awarding us a penalty in the second half? Thought he was pretty clueless to be honest and was only saved from having an absolute nightmare by 2 pretty helpful (for a change) assistants.
Every time I've seen Nicholls in goal I can't help comparing him to Jason Statham in Mean Machine. Absolute nutter - but I like it!! ;D

I think it would have been a free-kick and not a penalty but yes he played advantage even if there wasn't one.
note: This was for the second half effort not Dundo's in the first couple of minutes.

It was a standard strip loaned to us by the manufacturer I believe.

Huh ! I was only replaced four days ago and already the authority of being Hon Sec has disappeared I think the new away kit will be similar to this, but this isn't it ! (Or so I am told).

All in all, very odd. A team full of players I hardly recognise, playing in a ground I've never been to, in a kit nothing like Suttons kit, and a brand of football we'd forgotten last season.
2nd half was especially encouraging, going forward we looked especially dangerous, although I'm a little concerned with the finishing. And what was McKimm doing to give away that penalty!??!?
Lots to see here, and it could start going right very quickly!

See, Amber, I told you repeatedly it wasn't our proper kit! Why you no 'risten' to your old Dad?

We'll probably use it tonight. Which is only a problem if Ramsgate turn up in their away kit of all white.
