Does anyone have an up to date fixture list for the women's first team? Can't find a current one on the website and haven't heard anything about friendlies

Thanks for that. Are any friendlies planned? I think Fulham are playing their second today and Dorking their third.

I suspect the club will be the most disappointed at the small number of home games leading towards Christmas when shopping distractions can hinder. I recall how positive the management were at the supporter liason meeting towards end of May of the desire to increase the home attendance of our ladies home matches from the usual circa 100/150 to 500. The lack of early home matches will make it more difficult to build up support unless the team really sparkles from the get go. Let's hope for attractive home cup draws. Maybe special incentives offered to local schools girl guide groups etc on the back of the Women's world cup might be an incentive followed by subsidised travel to away games.

Something very similar happened last season. Then when a string of home games came along they tended to play at South Park and public transport on a Sunday can be a bit of a nightmare.
An alternative for me is to watch Palace ladies instead who have about half a dozen matches at the VBS in the same period!

It's 2 in 11 weeks. The men's first team plays more matches in the autumn and so that restricts availability.
It's a trade-off, either be one of the few clubs at this level that looks to play its home games in an EFL stadium, with all of the obvious benefits that brings, but accept that the pitch will not always be available, or play all games somewhere else.

Just to say that the first team fixtures up to the beginning of November, together with kick off times and venues as they are at the moment, are now on the website. Reserve and development team fixtures will hopefully follow during this week. www.suttonunited.net/teams/womens-first-team/fixtures/

I see season tickets are available at £20 for eleven matches.
How much will entrance be this year?
How many of those matches will be at GGL?

As posted above, season ticket's for our women's first team in the London and South East Regional Women's Football League are now on sale. suttonunitedfc.ktckts.com/package/sutwomst/womens-season-ticket- I think that the matchday admission prices will be:- £5 - adults £3 - concessions £1 - under 18s Free - under 11s I will correct that if it's wrong. I was talking to manager Will Letts today (having finally gained access to the new FA portal to register some players) about the team's prospects for the season ahead. Will thinks that Fulham are going to be very strong and favourites for the title. Having recruited a number of new players, Will thinks that a challenge for the top four is realistic. There will be 11 home league games and the ambition is to play as many at possible at the VBS.

I’ll be interested in player news i.e. who has joined, who has stayed and who has left.
I gather Gabby and Lily left at the end of last season and see top goal scorer Liv Watson has joined Dorking.
I saw our away defeat at Fulham last season and they were terrific then. We couldn’t get near their front two and their Lily (who I believe was at Sutton some time back) bossed midfield.

I’m hoping to be able to put together a squad review for the men’s programme soon and we want to compile pen pictures for the web site.
