Talking of volunteering..........I am always on the lookout for "more" helpers....Turnstile duties, helping show people "where" their seats are in the Main Stand, or general "Here to Help" people.....If you can offer some time on "Matchdays" ( it doesn't have to be every match ) let me know on here please

Further to what Tony has said (a bit like some parts of the website which also come in for criticism) iFollow is an EFL product and not a Club one. In general I tend to subscribe to "cock-up" not "conspiracy" as a theory, and it would appear officials at the Club were informed the process for refunds would be automatic, and therefore customers (supporters!) and the Club needn't do anything. Like Tony it seems reasonable if the club aren't aware, and until this thread started 2 days ago in the main that appears to have been the case, then doing nothing about it is excusable.
However we now know this not to be the case and are dealing with it. Pending clarification, which Tony is getting, the best way to resolve an iFollow issue, either this one, or another in the future is to email ifollow@efl.com or to click on the (not very visible - but again it's not our website) "support" button on the iFollow section of the Club website.
It is unlikely any Crawley fans will need to contact our Club. Each club's supporters will likely access iFollow products through their own club's website as this generates the ticket revenue for their own club. If anyone wants to follow Sutton at an away game in this way then do so via our links please!
In general if anyone has any issues with anything at the club then either contact me directly, in person or email, or there is a monitored "contact us" button on the Club website.

Haha I don't need to justify to the likes of you what I have done or still currently do but I've followed the club for over 23 years. I ran the official website on my own in the past, I have been a steward alongside the likes of Markf and Rambo, my wife and I are shareholders and are sponsoring Craig Eastmond and Lee Angol. I have helped out many times over the years with various ground works during summer months. We will be in the directors box as match ball sponsors on Saturday so no doubt as a "new" supporter we'll get to meet the likes to Pat, Bruce (who already knows us) and Tim face to face. I look forward to it. You seem to still be completely missing the point however. This isnt about me and to get a refund shouldn't depend on if you know someone close to the club or if you've done x amount of years being a volunteer etc. Most of those posting on here aren't new supporters.

I've had a response from my EFL contacts, whose customer support team have confirmed that all refunds have been completed. Anyone who thinks they are due a refund and hasn't yet had it should email ifollow@efl.com and they will investigate further.
