First time I have purchased an away ticket so don’t know what is the protocol and will I have to wait until Tuesday before downloading the ticket Usually you get an email from Box Office and it's called Your Sutton United Ticket Delivery. As it's automated your email might move to spam folder. If so you can usually mark as "Not Spam" If not there email tickets@suttonunited.net and they will sort

I think if you ordered tickets on line and have not received them you must ring the club ticket managers on 02086444440 tomorrow. The tickets Charlton supplied are printed hard copies not suitable for emailing. It is possible they are being held for you to collect at the shop or office , maybe from a collection point on the night, but not aware of any clear statements on that aspect.

Thanks. This is the announcement
Tickets for Tuesday's game are £10 for adults and £5 for over 65s and under 21s and tickets can be bought on line here, although they will need to be collected on the night at The Valley. Tickets will also be on sale at the ground on the night from the South Stand ticket office, card payment only. That is also where any tickets bought on line can be collected. Our accommodation is in the Jimmy Seed Stand, and we will be wearing amber. A full preview with travel details will appear later, but due to the journey being easier by public transport there is no Supporters' Club coach on Tuesday.
From Wikepedia. Is Jimmy Seed and South Stand the same place.
The Jimmy Seed (or South) Stand is the oldest part of the ground, and dates from the early 1980s. This stand is named after Charlton's manager, Jimmy Seed (1895–1966) – with whom Charlton won the FA Cup in 1947. This stand has a capacity of around 3,0
