Nice to see footage of the old Kippax at Man City and the terraced Stretford End at Manyoo. Got to stand on both of those. Oldham's Boundary Park hadn't changed much in 1990-91 compared to that footage!  |

Stood on a packed terrace at The Den a few times as a youngster, and The Shed with Amber, bumping into Harford once!
It's a shame that modern football grounds / all-seaters are so sterile now, you'll never beat the atmosphere of standing on a terrace in grounds like that. Well found Amber!

What fantastic films, what memories!! Proper terracing, every ground a different character. Even the goals were different, the West Ham type, with about two foot of net, because of the space between the pitch and the terrace to the giant expanse of net at Stamford Bridge because of the running track area!!
The North Banks, the Shed, The Shelf and the Paxton End at Spurs, The Gallowgate at Newcastle, vast expanses of terrace at the Den and the rest. Plough Lane, why oh why did they move out of a ground which was adequate for their support!! I could go on, not just the terraces the grounds themselves, fantastic and certainly missed!!

Just watched the Fulham one - a reserve match I hope!
Remember going their in around 1973 to watch them play Santos. Pele's only ever appearance in London. Fulham won 2-1 in a match to mark the new Riverside Stand.
