Some advance warning about trains on the day we are at Bradford (Saturday 17 February) as King's Cross is closed all weekend and part of the following week. The options to get to Bradford are fairly long winded and also expensive, from St Pancras via Derby and Leeds, or from Euston via Manchester, including a transfer in Manchester between Piccadilly and Victoria stations. Something to think about when the supporters coach is advertised.

Something for the supporters club chairperson, the supporters liason officer and perhaps someone from our event staff to think about incase more than one coach might be useful. Be prepared.

The travel situation for Bradford is not as bad as it may seem. There are very few direct trains to Bradford in any case, a change at Leeds usually being required.
The issue on 17 Feb is that, because of engineering work on the line out of King's Cross, there are no trains between London and Leeds. To get to Bradford, via Leeds, your best bet is probably to change additionally at Sheffield (though other routes may work). Trains should be running normally between London St Pancras and Sheffield.
I'm booked up for trains to Bradford on the Friday, when there's a normal service. I've booked a return from Sheffield for the Saturday, departing at 19.37. I'll buy a ticket from Bradford to Sheffield (via Leeds) on the day of the game, to give myself some flexibility (and drinking time in Sheffield 😁).

I'm from the Manchester area. The transfer between Piccadilly and Victoria stations is straightforward by tram (frequent service and it takes about 10 minutes: search for "Metrolink").
The National Football Museum is just a couple of minutes walk from Victoria and the route from Victoria to Bradford is quite scenic through the Pennines for those who like that sort of thing.
