Sutton 1-0 up going into the second half. Forest Green are 3-0 up and those worthless Colchester are clinging onto a draw. We can only do our best.

4 wins on the bounce, and out of the relegation zone. Too bad that Forest Green pulled off a win also.
Those worthless Colchester having 3 games in hand is killer, but they don’t have an easy fixture list. They could quite easily lose their next 3 games. Almost unbelievable that we might have been able to pull this one back.

Hard games coming up. My preparations are still for Nat league footie as I think we have just let to much to do. But its great to see our set up turn a corner, and if SM is here next year then optimism for a team rebuild.
And at least we go into the last 4 games with fighting spirit and some pride. With Grimsby and Colchester two and three games more to play, it could prove a handful for them, or we could find our selves relegated in a couple weeks time. Team is playing well though and has made progress.

Well done Sutton.
I was worried today that our last 3 results might not count for anything but our mental strength looked unbeatable again today.
Confidence in passing, shooting and general all round play.
Today we played like a team who where on Top of their game. Instructions by players and coaches are clear work together no matter what.
We hunted Swindon down in packs of 2's and 3's something we lacked earlier in the season.
We are united and as a team we look confident and so on to next Saturday.
Carry on Sutton United.

Well done Sutton, yet another completely deserved win. Confidence must be high now. Lakin has been an excellent addition, I’d say he’s arguably the most crucial player right now, but everyone played well I thought. Adom-Malaki, Smith, Coley, Hart all looked on it in particular.
That all said, Swindon looked pretty shambolic at the back and presented little threat up front at all. Shame Arnold couldn’t keep a clean sheet, but their free kick took a slight deflection.
The second goal looked clearly over the line even from the grandstand, thankfully the linesman was in line and flagged the goal immediately. The referee will get no complaints from me, I thought he had a decent game.
Top of the table Stockport will be a major challenge next Saturday but Sutton just need to be brave and conscientious. Sutton are capable of getting a surprise result.

Very well done to all concerned. A great result and the table looks a lot more encouraging now. It’s the first time since late August that we haven’t been in the bottom two. This could turn out to be the greatest comeback since Lazarus.

4 tough looking fixtures (cup finals) to go but we shouldn’t fear anyone after today’s performance.
Also, I doubt these 4 clubs want to play us in our current form.

Who'd have thought this team would win four games on the bounce ? Not me that's for sure. But what a turnaround. I get the wins were not against top teams but we still had the grit to go out and get results. Fantastic stuff. And really well played today with two of the goals being outstanding.

Yes great result and Larkin what a player and what a fined. Also Harry is scoring again, so the confidence is high and makes next week’s match a big one. Colchester yes have three games in hand but will they win them all don’t think so because the pressure is on them and also they would not have expected us to win four in a row, the same for Grimsby . ⚽️⚽️⚽️

I think our best chance of an escape is Grimsby, depending on how they cope with the pressure... They only have two home games left...

Like watching a different team. Or rather, one that's completely rediscovered itself.
I still consider L2 survival unlikely. But I wouldn't underestimate the pressure that this winning run of ours will put onto Colchester, as well as they've been doing, in the next few matches. I don't think they will have expected it, tbh.
There is a glimmer, but I still think it requires us to beat Stockport at home next Sat. A really big ask but not, now, an unthinkable one.
