I'm delighted (  see !), to announce our first pre-season friendly. This will at 7.45 on 1st August, at home to a Millwall XI (mixture of first & reserves) |

In the sense that Ian has talked a lot to Pat Holland, I supose so.
League starts 11th August.

The Millwall game will not be their first team and matches against teams in lower divisions don't give a true impression of how good the team is. I think we ought to have at least one friendly against a Conference National side if possible - say Crawley or Woking - to give us a better test.
