www.suttonunited.net/news/2024/may/news-from-the-boardroom/Dominic Feltham has decided to step down from the Board of Directors at Sutton United. A distinguished player for the club between 1991 and 1998, when he scored 149 goals in 314 games, Dominic joined the Board in August 2019 and among his contributions was to play a major role in the implementation of the on line ticketing systems. He was inducted in to the Sutton United Hall of Fame in 2021 (below).

At the last shareholders meeting Dominic as well as director was acting as C.E.O so his contributions will be missed.

I suspect there will be more board room movements to come, and I am guessing that the CEO position may now move in a westerly direction?
I would also like to see the board appoint a fans represetative.

Its really important that supporters have a voice and a vote in the actions of their club.

As for joining I think I joined the last one on day one, and seem to remember working closely with JJ and Co to gain funding towards for that colourful thing that gives you the score. I love the idea that I have just popped up from under a rock

In order for a representative to work. A SUST director would need to speak for all fans who hold shares either if there in sust or not. Otherwise there is no reason for the board to pay attention.
I also believe there is a real need to rewrite the charter so that it sets out clearer better obligations between club and sust as at the moment it’s short and could be interpreted as sust is only given a seat for the sake of it.
