The odds don't tell you very much aside from how many people have put bets on which teams.
The story here is that it looks wide open, which is what we expected. There isn't a Stockport/Wrexham/Notts County/Chesterfield this season. This will be the most open season since we were last in it.

Way too open to back us to win the league, with such a new squad.
Better value is a top 7 finish at 11/10

Maidenhead the rank outsiders at 100/1. Interesting as there are rumours again that Kilman might leave Wolves for West Ham for £45m in which case Maidenhead are likely to get circa £9m. I bet their odds might change then!

I very much doubt it will change that much (or at all) between now and the start of the season.
The only time it might change, will be a week before the season starts, when the betting papers do a pre season supplement, with their so called expert predictions.

Football betting can fluctuate at any given time between now, before the season starts and during.Ive been in the gambling Industry for over 30 years and Ive worked with football layers that tend to get a lot of information around the football league/non league circles. |
