Two inconsistent, mid-table sides meet at Kingfield, so it's anyone's guess how this one will turn out. Woking's home form has seen them narrowly beat Dagenham & R, Hartlepool and Wealdstone, losing by two-goal margins to Gateshead and Oldham.
Tomorrow's weather is forecast to be dry and quite sunny, if cool, so the game shouldn't be in doubt.
EDIT: Harry Beautyman went off injured in Woking's 1-1 draw at Fylde last Saturday, so we may not see him in action for the Cards tomorrow. Another of our former players, Charley Kendall, is likely to feature.

Let's hope Harry is out for one game but makes a swift return after Saturday! Big 3 points required.

Nice win. When you come away with your only real complaint being a lack of ruthlessness and that we should have stuck 4 or 5 on them, then it’s a fairly good day with 3 points in the pocket. Always hard to work out how much is you how much is the opponent when games happen like that, but credit to the team and management, game plan spot on. Woking really did look like relegation fodder.

We were the better team and deserved the win, although should have been easier had we tucked the chances away. And a terrible error from Arnie for their goal..
Over all we appear to be cutting out most of the silly errors and are a bit more solid. 2 points off play offs after 12 games. Pretty much how I saw us at this stage. On course to get past that 50 odd point mark nice and early and if we can be where we are now come January I will be very pleased. They just got to keep working hard and improving..

A good win today. More consistent on the ball.Playing more as a unit. Well done to the coaching staff for the improvements. As been said ,should easily have doubled the score line had chances were taken. Week off to recuperate and onto Hartlepool next week.

Any win is good, any away win is great so a good afternoon's work. The score line rather flattered Woking as their goal came out of the blue as they rarely threatened.
Two good early-ish goals, the first perhaps fortunate but if you don't shoot etc and Lewis Simper has been unlucky so far this season so...
Great strike from the edge of the box from Jeremy Sivi who had a decent afternoon himself.
A good all-round performance and we looked after the ball better today. Still a few things that these youngsters need to learn from but generally a comfortable afternoon for U's.
Woking did nigh on zero even though they had the ball a fair bit but U's kept their shape. Their goal was avoidable and I thought Steve Arnold had it covered until the ball bounced over his diving frame.
A fair few yellow cards today, although a couple looked soft and why was their fella not booked when he shoved Ashley Nadesan into the fence? Nads got booked for his reaction. Just bog standard from the refs in the NL though. He wasn't the worst today but he wasn't great either.
10 PTS from 12 a good reaction to those three straight defeats.
Looked a good turn out from the U's fans today.
Long trip north next Saturday.

Yep, we should have won more comfortably, but three points away from home is ultimately what it's all about. We were dominant in the first half, less so in the second, and Woking got it back to 1-2 with about their first decent attempt on goal. A nervy final 15 minutes led to us collecting three additional yellow cards.
We're up to 8th. Not too much pressure there, but an incentive to push on and back into the play-off places. Hartlepool Utd next Saturday may have other ideas.

The silence from the users saying how terrible we were 20 odd days ago and saying we are in a relegation battle is deafening.
Well done to the team for getting yet another 3 points on the board.
Let's keep that momentum going and show that those 2 awful performances were indeed just a blip.

I enjoyed yesterday. A very good win indeed. Great turnout from the Sutton fans, but not sure where a lot of them came from for the second half! Thought it was only a matter of time before a third went in, but alas, it didn't arrive, and when Woking nicked one I thought the worst. There was no need to worry, though, as they hardly threatened all game other than the goal.

Should have scored more goals but a win is a win.

This is a bit different from those post-match interviews he used to give when he first started with us. He's like a different man!
