Looking forwards to a Tuesday night of live football, I hope we play our best team as I believe this comp is our best chance of winning a trophy this season though teams like Chertsey will be equally keen.

I don’t imagine they will but Rush, Boateng and Da Silva should all be starting in my opinion. Don’t believe any of them have played a full 90 minutes yet this season off the top of my head

what will be will be I guess. As long as our scientists apply a formula in their player selection that allows sufficient scope for the team that is picked to carry us through, with a safe margin, into the next round, not sure the science allows for the outcome of a penalty shootout. Be a shame to risk our best shot at a trophy.

The injuries are mounting up plus there is the NL Cup matches to play and under competition rules, a certain amount of first team "regulars" have to play in that. Very much like the EFL Trophy. |

Through no fault we are already under pressure to qualify from our section of the nl cup, will need to "win" at least 3 of the fixtures to get to one of the qualfing places .

Although disappointing to lose on penalties, a few encouraging signs last night I thought.
A very young team with a number of under 16s
We played some nice football at times, although too many loose passes
We created a lot of chances, just needed to be more clinical.
