Our supporter just gave him a little dig about the fact he used to play for Gravesend and Northfleet and your Ass. Man took it the wrong way. Don't know how he was "abusing" him all again, he was on the opposite of the ground? Don't know what happened in the bar, i was in there for about 15mins after the game and then i left. Tell me what problems did you encounter with our fans? Seemed to be same corner that your boys were giving each other a slap from what I saw! Too much beer or testosterone I think. Apart from that, no worries at all from the Darts fans. Apart from the drum. Ugh! ;D

To say we won today due to 'tactics' is frankly utter bollocks.
spot on..............................

Was dissappointed at the size of the bar but it was okay because there was a nice pub opposite the ground. Special mention to your Assistant Manager who threatened to "pulverise" (his words) one of our supporters LOL We don't all have brand spanking new grounds built by our councils... If you're going to mention our "Assistant Manager" as you called him, how about mentioning that your bloke was abusing him constantly during the first half? Or that he squared up to him in the bar after the game? Actually, that wasn't the only problem with some of your fans after the game, but let's gloss over that as well. As for the game, we got lucky.....the Monk was first class today and if anyone's still holding those few mistakes against him, I hope they're having second thoughts. Interesting tactics from Dos today.....I doubt they would've been expecting that starting line-up, and we've got to give him credit for picking up a very hard-earned three points. We don't all have brand spanking new grounds built by our councils... I never said you did, just saying that your bar was a bit small.

There is actually another bar about two times as big as that on attached to the side but you didn't quite bring enough for us to need to open it (that's not a dig by the way, we all fitted into the players bar).

Yeah, we had a bit of luck on our side yesterday, but then is Darts inability to put the ball in the net on the day, luck?
Not too chuffed with some of their fans walking round after the game giving U's fans stick for cheering a win. If anything they should been having a go at their no 2 who cost them a point (at least) by giving way such a stupid penalty.
As for U's we improved greatly with the introduction of Dundo & Gav McCallum. We were totally outplayed in the first half & only started to look a threat after those two came on. Nothing against Bentley & Danny P but the above is just a stark reality.
Great performance by Paul N in goal (again) and good to see Steve Watts play & cooly finish from the spot.
As for the drum our ground regs say no musical instruments, Darts ground regs state no smoking. If I can observe theirs, why can't their fans reciprocate?

The Darts supporters who came round chanting after the game were top notch. They wished us good luck for the rest of the season, even though they must have been really disappointed. I did say they did not deserve to lose. I didn't see any aggro and thought they did their players proud with their level of support - just like we did.

Well, one of them certainly had a bit of a go and was most uncomplimentary to "Greek". I think some of his mates tried to calm him down. I did hear a few other remarks too, although, probably more out of frustration than anything else.
Still in every crowd, there's always one or two, not that you've ever been known to lose it yourself KBB! LOL

Just my last thoughts about a musical instrument ban in the ground.Presumably anyone playing at the Boom Boom club contravenes the rules!

Not actually in the ground. They tend to be able to play them properly too, although to be fair the Darford fella appeared to have some idea of how to manipulate his sticks.
