Having watched I still think we defended pretty well given all the possession they had, the first post was never going in the second was a glaring miss. They had some half chances which were wasted and a that double save from PN, the rest of the defence did well.
As I said if they had of scored the game would of changed a lot earlier!

Sorry to go into Schoolteacher mode but, in the case of"had of", you don't (do not) need the "of" at all.
Similarly, with the use of the expression, "would have", if you wish to shorten it, then it becomes "would've" where the use of the apostrophe indicates missing letters!
I would of thought you would of known that, OS. ;o)

I would of thought you would of known that, OS. ;o) TBH, I was never much good at English, maths and Physics were always my best subjects and it is a good job someone invented the spell checker or you would find a lot more wrong. The purpose of language is to convey your message and I actually do that quite well you know, although TAZ thinks its a load of old bollocks he did know what I meant  |
