AFCH were 2-1 up at Staines until an injury time equaliser made it 2-2, a really good result for us

Yes i was wondering if Dos would go there or to Tooting to watch potential play off contenders.I'm guessing Staines as we play Hornchurch soon.

3 wins out of the next 3 will take the pressure off the AFCH game as it would now guarantee us a play-off position by my reckoning

A win at Hastings would give us a bit of a cushion i'm sure and to follow it up with another on monday.

Have you seen Hornchurch's next three fixtures? They're all at home, against Harlow, Harrow and Horsham. Sorry, but a Staines victory would have been a better result for us. (But maybe there's further evidence here that Staines are wobbling as they approach the play-offs.)

Well yeah but AFCH were 2-1 up in to injury time so I take the draw quite happily. Staines are wobbling as they have secured a p/o spot but its difficult to just pick that momentum up again. There are so many possibilities with 4 games to go its impossible to know what will happen but if we can win both our Easter games then we are all but there if not actually there by Monday evening.

I think it is fair to say on current form we are unlikely to get anything from tomorrow's game. But then football is full of surprises. I'd probably take a point now if it was offered and then hope we can battle to 3 points in the derby on Monday (which you would also expect to be a tight encounter).

Not sure I want to go now you said that as I had us down for a battling victory ;D

Sometimes a little bit of luck is what a team needs to turn things around - we got that against Dartford last week. Its easy to forget that winning feeling, but i'm sure all the players suddenly felt that at 4.55 last Saturday. It could well be enough to push us through. We just have to do our bit and help push the team through these last tricky stages - but regardless this is the most exciting end to a season i've seen in a long time...can anyone remember any season in recent years more exciting?

...can anyone remember any season in recent years more exciting? I'd have to go back to our championship year for that, but that's not really that recent now is it.
