Right then, a day off work tomorrow. So, I fancied going to a game, I picked Sutton vs Carshalton. This will be my first ever visit to Sutton, let alone the football ground, so I was wondering if there is any 'pubs'/'clubhouses' right by the ground [ I know the station is ] Also, how much is a pint in there, if there is one. Thanks in advance. P.S, I looked on a map, and Sutton & Carshalton are bloody close, aren't they? Is there a rivalry between the 2 clubs?

Certainly go to the club bars - the large bar maybe open as we are expecting a bumper crowd tomorrow - reasonable priced pints too! The rivalry - in a word YES - especially when we are next to each other in play off spots, there is more than just local pride at stake I really hope you are going to come and root for Sutton Enjoy your visit to our lovely little ground, hope its the first of many

Is this pub right by the ground? Also, will there be segregation tomorrow. [Possibly a stupid question? ] (Off topic ; is there a Corals around the Station/Ground )

The club bar is at the back of the ground - come out of the station, turn right, walk about 100 yards, you'll see the entrance - dont go through the turnstiles, bear off to the right, through the car park, and go through the entrance at the back, follow the crowd to the bars! No segregation tomorrow that im aware of, but you never know Corals...cant remember, i'm sure one of our betting supporters will be able to answer that one, but not many shops outside the ground, being in a residential location - chippy, offy etc sort of things.

Thanks very much for all your advice, and I shall be there tomorrow. By looking at the table, it looks your both pretty certain to get a play-off place, however, I think the Rivalry will make it a good game ;D

The nearest Corals is actually in Sutton High Street which is approximately 15 / 20 mins walk from the ground

I hope the main bar is open as I have between 4-25 people joining me - lots of people saying maybe. Some are only coming to annoy me and 'support' Carshalton but hey they have to pay the money to us so who cares!
