For those travelling independently on Tuesday (and also the coach parties too if they arrive early enough), can I suggest the Anglers Retreat as a meeting point? It looks like it's just round the corner from the ground on Staines Road (TW18 2RT, past Wheatsheaf Lane if you're heading away from the town centre) www.streetmap.co.uk/newmap.srf?x=504580&y=170013&z=0&ar=Y

Correct postcode is TW18 1HA as per Angie's note above and is just a bit further along Staines Road!!

Message for all those coming in by train......
Advance parties have arrived at the Anglers Rest and report it's a good 25-30 min walk from the station.
Somewhat lazier members of the advance party report that cabs are £4 from outside the station! ;D

I think you'll find that the term is 'More Relaxed' rather than 'Lazy'.
