For those interested, we won the tournament by beating Tooting 3-0 in the final.

Beat Carshalton 2-1 and Tooting on penalties in the group stage and also lost to AFC on penalties.

I think they raised over £2000 which is brilliant.

Also, the little branded caps the burger girls have to wear are hilarious and their ground is still very much proof that you can't polish a turd )

Eddie Akuamoah and Mark Watson up front was an interesting partnership though and Scott Corbett, Paul Harford and Dave Harlow also played.

Mickey Stephens was managing (if you could call it that ) but i won't try and guess the rest as i only know names and not faces of some of our older Vets!

Having looked up the event on the Robins web site, Dipre has praised everyone involved and published everything except the final results . The fact that we won the competition might be on their web site somewhere, maybe I didn't look hard enough

I doubt it. It was sweet how excited they got when they were 1-0 up though. Nothing quite like the sense an entire football club exists for the odd day they beat the mighty U's
