Debt ridden AFCHx rumoured to have entered Administration have not, but failure by them to lodge their latest company return which would reveal who the true owners of the club were has landed them in hot water with companies house. After receiving warnings in the past for late filing of documents Companies House have now lodged a PROPSAL TO STRIKE OFFHornchurch Football Club (2005) Ltd. I doubt it will get that far but tyhey will be forced to reveal just who is pulling the strings there now?

It actually doesn't mean much - they can just form another company with a different director/secretary and proceed pretty much as normal

It actually doesn't mean much - they can just form another company with a different director/secretary and proceed pretty much as normal I don't know the law but do know how slippery AFCHx are so nothing would surprise me, but as I understand it a company cannot be struck off if a creditor objects to it and suggest that portakabin just might?

Thats very true, but its usually unlikely that the FA say no, as long as they are given "Proof" of financial viability
