"Never got out of second gear" was Soper's verdict as the U's lost 2-0...

Looks like that well and truly cocks up our challenge, with Basingstoke winning on the same night. Probably only a win at Camrose will do. KBB

Not a lot, as you well know, except that the match against Salisbury is 'IN THE BAG'.
Off to enjoy a Kofte.

Due to Bradley being injured and not back until Saturday,I could not make the game through illness, which is only the 3rd reserve team game i have missed all season.By all accoun ts we never performed at all on the night is what I have heard and with Mr Hazel watching on the night all in all a dissapointing night,we will have to win at the camrose to have any chance i feel,we have won there 1-0 in the league cup so we are hopefull, but I feel we will also have to win our other 5 games also,as I cant see Basingstoke dropping too many points.Anyway we will have to wait and see, there could still be a sting in the tail.
