I am in agreement with the club assisting and being twinned with this Gambian side , however, i do not see the point of putting detailed reports of their games on the normal news section; i can't imagine that people are reading this - just an occasional summary of how they are doing would suffice.

I read them every now and again.
What harm are they doing?

I'm quite happy to read about the exploits of our 'sister' side in Africa. They've taken the name on 100%, now play in our colours. Why shouldn't we give 'em some exposure?

Sorry, whilt I can't say I wait with baited breath or anything, but I also read them.
Plus it gives instant copy to any of the football publications who feel the need to mention it!!
I think some 'Shoot' style interviews should be done also!!

Many people do enjoy reading the reports and it adds good content to our website. Not only that but our association with the Gambian U's is an important one for both clubs, exposure for them means we take our relationship seriously and raises their profile which will have positive benefits for us too.
You might like to know that we had Gambian listeners on Saturday rooting for us to equalise!

For those who are interested, the game may not be up for SUFCG as I have just received this message from them:
Looks like we might just be granted the appeal and then qualify with nine points for the quarters, thereœ going to be a hearing by a tasked body of the FA who will then deliver the final judgement and so far so good... i have to say things are looking bright, fingers crossed!!!
