What has become of Laurent Hamici. Have I missed something about injury or departure? The last that I can recall reading was that he was training with the Algerian squad. Since then nothing.

Anyone know why? Last season he was specifically brought in (for a fee) as part of the idea for a new, younger squad. He seemed to do reasonably well last season. Then a few pre-season appearances, a break to train with a national squad, and then gone (without seeing how he would fit in with the new approach).

We have agreed to release Laurent Hamici and I believe he is set to join Leyton-Wingate.

I was going to say has it got anything to do with not reporting back from international duty.
