Sounds like an interesting afternoon. Shame I missed it.
I'm really pleased that Sam got a goal yesterday. I have heard a few in the crowd getting frustrated after a couple of fairly lacklustre looking performances but lets hope this gets him back to how he looked right at the beginning of the season.
Maybe he can score the winner on Tuesday. That will do his confidence no harm at all.

There's sod all wrong with Sam's finishing, he's netted every good chance he's had. It's his play beforehand that needs a little work but as you say, with goals comes confidence and an improvement in your whole game so hopefully this will be the springboard for his season to really kick on.

Draw was probably the fairer result, but congrats to the lads on nicking the extra 2 points. Whilst they were on top 1st half, they didn't create much and were only ahead because of Scriv's error. 2nd half we were more in the game and looked more solid. Very well taken equaliser from Sam and great to grab that late winner. Just to shut up the knobs at the other end. Hilarious to see em all wait at the tunnel for a good 10 mins after just to have a pop at Dos, only to wander off just as the team cam off! Good away win. More please!  |
